Uniformed Security Officers

Atlas Security provides officers in a standard military style uniform, or in an executive uniform consisting of slacks and blazer, with a shirt and tie or mock turtle neck shirt. This allows our staff to make the visual statement that you choose.

We supply and supervise trained, and capable, non-union employees. Our ability to staff your facility, including emergency coverage as needed, will give you peace of mind.

At the beginning of every "cold-start" shift our field supervisor makes sure your assigned officer is there on time. If not, the field supervisor covers the post himself, eliminating the problems created when a security officer is late for work.

Any personnel assigned to your job would meet our minimum height requirements and posess a high school diploma, or GED. All will have a valid California Guard Registration and will have received a thorough background investigation.

Our four part audio/video training program ensures that each new trainee, reporting for his first assignment, will have the basic training needed to become a first-rate Atlas Security officer. On-post instruction is then provided, for specific training pertinent to the policies and procedures at your facility.

We will write, for your approval, a specific guard service manual and inaugurate a programmed learning course to train the officers at your facility.

Additionally, we will update your post orders, including general information and specific duties, schedule of security tours, check-lists, etc., which you will be provided with, for pre-approval. Upon your approval, this will become our guard service manual of operation.

Atlas Security has an exceptional visitation and inspection program, to monitor and maintain security officer performance, around the clock.

Equally important, all levels of our management staff will be available to you for frequent consultation and to receive, and carry out, your instructions.
